Both credit & debit cards are accepted on all tickets throughout our site.

Face Value or Less*

Tickets sold directly via our website, via email or from our social media channels are always face value (or less)/

All orders are subject to a 12.5% booking fee, which covers our admin fee and bank card transaction fees. This fee is added at checkout.

We also charge £1.50 for all e-ticket/Mobile Tickets and £8.65 for all paper ticket that require postal delivery.


Please note that any tickets purchased from us via one of our secondary marketplace partners are exempt due to the commission we pay per sale and the booking fees and taxes that they include when booking through their platform. If you have purchased from us via a secondary marketplace, chances are you will pay over face value due to these added fees.


This is why we always recommend coming directly to us as we will offer you the best rate guaranteed.

We are unable to manage, refund, substitute or deal with any orders that have been placed via a third party marketplace. All enquiries and communications must go via your point of sale. We are physically unable to cancel, refund or manage any ticket purchased via these platforms.
